Bucket-list Golf. The Kiwi Way.
We craft fun action-packed journeys that turn ordinary golf trips into epic golf adventures. Experience more than just the golf, experience the real New Zealand - culture, food, adventure, and the people. Its bucket list golf, the Kiwi way.
DAY 1 — WELCOME TO NEW ZEALAND
Auckland | City Living
Welcome to Aotearoa.
We'll kick things off in New Zealand's largest city with time to settle in, explore the waterfront and meet the rest of the crew.
That evening, we'll get together for our official Kiwi Classic Welcome Dinner — great food, a few drinks and a look ahead at the adventure to come.
Stay: Auckland
Golf: —
Experience: Auckland • Welcome Dinner • Kiwi hospitality
DAY 2 — WEST COAST LINKS
Muriwai Golf Club
We're heading west.
Leaving the city behind, we'll make our way to Auckland's rugged Tasman coastline for our first round at Muriwai — a true Kiwi links experience surrounded by black-sand beaches, rolling dunes and native coastal landscape.
This isn't resort golf. It's exactly the kind of course Kiwi Golf Adventures is about.
After golf, we'll hit the road and trade city living for a relaxed Kiwi beachside stay.
Stay: Beachside
Golf: Muriwai
Experience: West Coast • Black-sand beaches • Kiwi links golf
DAY 3 — BUCKET-LIST GOLF
Te Arai Links — South Course
This is one of the big ones.
We'll tee it up at the spectacular Te Arai Links South Course, where rolling coastal terrain meets the Pacific Ocean.
It's world-class golf in an unmistakably New Zealand setting — and a round that will likely be circled on everyone's calendar long before we arrive.
But there's no rush after the final putt.
We're at the beach.
Settle in, grab a drink and enjoy a proper Kiwi summer evening by the water.
Stay: Beachside
Golf: Te Arai Links — South
Experience: Pacific coastline • Beach life • Bucket-list golf
DAY 4 — THE ROAD SOUTH
Mount Maunganui
Time for a Kiwi road trip.
We'll head south through the North Island toward the Bay of Plenty and Mount Maunganui — one of New Zealand's classic summer beach towns.
Then it's another side of Kiwi golf: a round at Mount Maunganui Golf Club.
After golf, explore the Mount, hit the beach, grab dinner in town or simply settle in with the crew and enjoy the summer evening.
Stay: Mount Maunganui
Golf: Mount Maunganui Golf Club
Experience: Kiwi road trip • Beach town • The Mount
DAY 5 — GOLF ON THE VOLCANO
Rotorua — Arikikapakapa
From the coast, we head inland to Rotorua — a place unlike anywhere else on the trip.
Our fourth round is at Rotorua Golf Club's Arikikapakapa course, set among the area's famous geothermal landscape.
Steam vents, bubbling mud pools and sulfur springs alongside the fairways make this one of the most uniquely Kiwi rounds of the adventure.
Away from golf, Rotorua gives us an opportunity to experience another side of New Zealand — its geothermal landscape and Māori culture — before continuing toward the central North Island.
Stay: Rotorua / Taupō region
Golf: Rotorua Golf Club — Arikikapakapa
Experience: Geothermal New Zealand • Rotorua • Local culture
DAY 6 — THE NZ GOLF SANCTUARY
Wairakei Golf + Sanctuary
Today we're playing one of New Zealand's most distinctive golf experiences.
Wairakei combines championship golf with a protected wildlife sanctuary, creating a round that feels miles removed from everyday life.
After golf, we'll head to our Kiwi lake house.
This is where the pace changes.
No hotel lobby. No schedule packed with activities.
Lake views. Drinks. Dinner. Stories from the day's round and a night with the crew.
Exactly how a Kiwi golf trip should feel.
Stay: Private Lake House
Golf: Wairakei Golf + Sanctuary
Experience: Taupō • Wildlife • Lake House
DAY 7 — OFF THE COURSE
Lake Taupō | Trout Fishing & Kiwi Living
Leave the golf clubs at the house.
Today we're getting out on the water.
Lake Taupō and the surrounding region are legendary for trout fishing, and we'll spend part of the day chasing some of New Zealand's famous rainbow and brown trout.
Whether you're an experienced fisherman or have never held a fly rod, that's not really the point.
It's about getting off the golf course, experiencing another part of Kiwi outdoor life and enjoying a day in one of the most beautiful regions in the country.
Then it's back to the lake house for our final night on the road.
Good food. A few drinks. And undoubtedly plenty of debate about who's taking home the Kiwi Classic title tomorrow.
Stay: Private Lake House
Golf: —
Experience: Trout Fishing • Lake Taupō • Kiwi Lake Life
DAY 8 — THE FINAL ROUND
Tieke Golf Estate
One last road trip. One last tee time.
We'll make our way north to the Waikato for the sixth and final round of the Kiwi Classic at Tieke Golf Estate.
A modern New Zealand golf experience and the perfect place to settle eight days of matches, side bets and bragging rights.
Then we'll raise a glass to the inaugural Kiwi Classic and crown our champion.
Six golf courses.
Eight days.
Beaches, cities, lakes, fishing, road trips and a whole lot of New Zealand in between.
You'll arrive as a group of golfers.
You'll leave with a few stories.
Probably more than a few.

It's an eight-day New Zealand road trip built around golf.
City living in Auckland.
A Kiwi beachside escape.
Black-sand West Coast beaches.
The Pacific Ocean at Te Arai.
Summer in Mount Maunganui.
Rotorua's geothermal landscape and culture.
A private Kiwi lake house.
Trout fishing in the Taupō region.
Great food, cold beers and plenty of surprises along the way.
Because some of the best moments of a great golf trip happen nowhere near a golf course.

KIWI GOLF ADVENTURES
Bucket-list golf. The Kiwi way.
Before You Tee Off…
-
We're not trying to move you from luxury hotel to golf course to luxury hotel without ever really experiencing New Zealand.
You'll play outstanding golf, but you'll also see how Kiwis actually live.
That might mean staying near the beach, grabbing a beer at a local pub after golf, fishing for trout, driving through the countryside, spending time at a lake house or playing a course that most international golf tourists would drive straight past.
The idea is simple:
Come for the golf. Leave talking about the epic New Zealand adventure.
-
The Kiwi Classic is ideal for golfers who enjoy great golf but don't need every part of their vacation to feel formal or five-star.
It's especially suited to guys who appreciate good courses, outdoor adventures, road trips, local food, a few drinks and experiencing somewhere new with a great group of people.
If your perfect golf trip involves a little adventure and a lot of personality, you'll fit right in.
-
Not in the traditional sense.
There will be premium golf and some incredible places to stay, but Kiwi Golf Adventures isn't built around white-glove luxury.
Our version of luxury is access, authenticity and experience — playing an unforgettable course in the morning, swimming at a Kiwi beach in the afternoon and sharing a few drinks overlooking the water that evening.
Less country-club formality. More unforgettable New Zealand.
-
Your host is Scott, a Kiwi who knows the country, the culture and the golf.
Scott will travel with the group throughout the adventure, helping take care of the logistics while giving guests a local connection to New Zealand.
Instead of following a tour guide holding a clipboard, think of it as having a Kiwi mate showing you around his home country.
-
International airfare is not expected to be included.
Guests will arrange their own flights to and from New Zealand, which gives everyone flexibility around airline preferences, points and extending their stay before or after the tour.
We'll provide recommended arrival and departure times so the group can meet up smoothly.
-
The final inclusions will be confirmed when bookings open, but the package is expected to include:
• Eight-day hosted New Zealand experience
• Six rounds of golf
• Accommodation during the tour
• Ground transportation during the itinerary
• Selected meals and group experiences
• Trout fishing and/or other scheduled activities
• Kiwi Golf Adventures host throughout the tripInternational airfare, some meals, personal purchases and other specifically excluded items will remain the guest's responsibility.
A complete list of inclusions and exclusions will be provided before any deposit is required.
-
Once bookings open, a deposit will secure your place.
Because the trip is intentionally small, spaces will be limited. Full deposit amounts, payment schedules and cancellation terms will be clearly communicated before booking.
